Spiritual Baths have become a popular self-care ritual as of late however bathing is a holy act of not only physically cleansing one's self but also energetically cleansing your soul. During ancient times when water was scarce bathing was considered a sacred act, as is the spiritual bath outlined in my Live Life Abundantly E-Journal.

There is so much love an intention that goes into the preparation of these baths that you can instantly feel the essence of relaxation and peace. If you have a busy household I suggest taking these baths between the hours of 3-6am when everything is quiet and you can fully relax. Here are some ideas for what you can add to your spiritual bath:
Salts:
Epsom Salt- 1 cup 3
3 tablespoons of Sea Salt and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Herbs and Flowers:
Rosemary stems and leaves Rose hips
Lavender
Dried orchid flowers, or daisy's
Fresh wisteria flowers.
Burn:
Sage Frankincense and Myrrh
Once you add in all your ingredients just slip in and relax. Place candles and your favorite crystals around the tub and meditate or play healing vibrational music. Like african meditative drum beats. This is a great practice for #selfcaresundays
